Return Policy

If you have received a merchandise that is defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us to info@pst-global.net detailing what is wrong with the product.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and with the corresponding invoice.  We will not start the return process if any of these requirements is missing.

Timely Reporting:

We encourage our customers to inspect the items upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or receipt of incorrect items immediately.  Please note that any defects or errors must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

RMA Requirement:

To initiate a return, you must contact us to info@pst-global.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization - RMA number. RMA numbers have a validity period of 10 days from the date of issuance. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including consumable items for equipment and software.  Print heads are non-returnable items.  Special and On Sale orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Delivery /  Shipping & handling charges are also non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:

A 30% restocking fee will apply for all returns that were not our error and if after an evaluation, the corresponding RMA accepts the return of the product.

Return Packaging and Shipping:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition, and with all accessories included.  All returns must be shipped or dropped-off in our warehouse.  If shipping, we strongly recommended to use UPS, FedEx, or a traceable method with insurance for the full value.  We do not pick up returned items.

Exchanges and Refunds:

Upon approval, refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Note that processing times may vary.  For exchanges, you may proceed to make a new purchase for the item you desire while the process is accepted.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 11:00am will be delivered the same business day.  Orders placed after 11:01am will be delivered the next business day.  Pick-up is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm.  Please note that all orders must be paid in advance or paid upon receipt. There will be no merchandise left if payment has not been processed.

Pickup only for orders totaling less than $199. For all other orders totaling more than $200, a flat fee of $10 will be charged.
